The book Ich wollte keine Blumen (Eng.: "I didn't want any flowers) consists of 30+ pencil drawings, that work with the trope of vulnerability through poetry and drawing. They tell stories about experiences of vulnerability. This topic is being explored through a visual language that taps into the faux-naive, exploring "child-like" depictions as a means to discuss the topics of power/powerlessness, anger, hurt, defeat and the wish to escape.
